Pre-Order Policy

Refunds

Until shipped; ALL Pre-Orders are 100% eligible for a FULL REFUND for in-store credit. You know that we do not control shipment dates and we know that you shouldn't be stuck waiting if our shipments are delayed. For Pre-Order we guarantee a FULL REFUND if you want to cancel for any reason! Just email us at wanderingmerchantllc@gmail.com with your order number to cancel! NO IF'S, AND'S, OR BUT'S.

• Orders will not ship until every item in that order is in stock. When purchasing in-stock items with Pre-Orders, the in-stock items will not ship until everything is in-stock. 
• ALL Pre-Orders are 100% cancellable for a FULL REFUND!

Shipping

We ship once we receive the orders from the supplier. After that, please give us 1-3 days to process and package all orders as well as 3-5 days for shipping to the US.

• If you pre-order multiple items, we can only fulfill your order once all of your purchased products have arrived to our warehouse.

If you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order will not be ship until all items are in the warehouse. We advise that you make separate transactions for the in-stock item, so it can be mailed to you right away.
